If your network device or Internet provider does not support IPv6, the system will not be able to connect to the Internet when IPv6 is set to ON. To resolve the issue, connect the system to your computer using a LAN cable, then open the Sony Network Device Settings screen from the browser, and set IPv6 to OFF.
