The Android TV cannot connect to the network even when the Network settings are properly set.

    If the Android™ TV cannot connect to the network even when the Network settings are properly set, follow the steps below.

    If connecting by Wired LAN

    1. Change the Built-in Wi-Fi setting to Off.
      1. On the supplied IR remote control, press the HOME button.
      2. Under the Settings category, select Settings.
      3. Under the Network & Accessories category, select Network.
      4. Select Advanced settings.
      5. Select Built-in Wi-Fi.
      6. Select Off.
    2. Try connecting to the network again.

    If connecting by Wi-Fi® connection

    1. Unplug the power cord.
    2. Plug the power cord back in.
    3. Try connecting to the network again.

      NOTE: If the model number of your Android TV is XBR-xxX700D, XBR-xxX750D, XBR-xxX800D or XBR-xxZ9D and the issue is still not resolved after performing the steps above, update the software of your TV using a USB flash drive .
