Hence, the error message A network problem has occurred. may appear when the NETFLIX button on the supplied IR remote control is pressed or when the Google Play™ services app is accessed during screen mirroring.

Once screen mirroring is ended, it also takes time for the TV to connect to the wireless network. Wait for a few seconds before pressing the NETFLIX button on the supplied IR remote control or accessing the Google Play services app.

NOTE: This message does not appear if the TV is connected to the network by wired LAN.
