Check the following:
- Make sure that you are using the supplied micro-USB cable.
- Verify that the micro-USB cable is securely connected to both the computer and the Neckband-style wearable device.
- Make sure that the computer is turned on.
- Check that the computer is not in standby, sleep or hibernation mode.
If the issue is not resolved after following the suggestions above, service may be required.
