Check the following:
- Make sure that you are using the supplied micro-USB cable.
- Verify that the micro-USB cable is securely connected to both the computer and the Neckband-style wearable device.
- Make sure that the computer is turned on.
- Check that the computer is not in standby, sleep or hibernation mode.
If the issue is not resolved after following the suggestions above, service may be required. Go to Product Repair.
