The battery may drain faster in the following instances.
- If the Neckband-style wearable device is used in cold environments, the battery will drain quicker.
- The battery was not given enough time to fully charge.
- If the volume of the Neckband-style wearable device is set to the maximum level.
- If the Neckband-style wearable device was not used for a long period of time, the battery may drain quickly. Repeatedly charging and discharging the battery will improve its efficiency.
NOTE: Batteries deteriorate over time even in normal usage. If the battery life seems short, have the battery replaced by an authorized Sony technician.
