Unable to make a call or hear the voice of the person on call.

To troubleshoot the issue, check these suggestions below.

  • Make sure the Neckband-style wearable device is turned on.
  • Check whether the Neckband-style wearable device is connected to the mobile device via Bluetooth® connection.

    Bluetooth connection setup

    Follow the steps below to setup the Bluetooth connection on the Neckband-style wearable device.

    NOTE: The images below may appear different from what you will see on the mobile device used, specially when using an Apple® iOS® mobile device.

    1. On the mobile device, tap the Settings category.

    2. Select Bluetooth.

    3. Confirm that FL-N01 shows as Connected.



      • If it does not show Connected, tap it until a connection is made.
      • If it shows Connected (no media), tap it to disconnect, and tap to reconnect.
      • If the connection is not made even when tapped, turn the Bluetooth function off and then back on.

    NOTE: If the Neckband-style wearable device is not successfully connected to the mobile device via Bluetooth connection, repeat the Initial Setup of the mobile device and perform the Bluetooth connection again.

  • Turn up the volume on the Neckband-style wearable device and the mobile device.

    NOTE: To increase the volume on the Neckband-style wearable device, press the Volume Up button briefly. When a tone beeps twice, the volume is set to max.

  • On the sound output device setting of the mobile device, select FL-N01.
