If unable to update the software version of the Neckband-style wearable device, check the following.
- Make sure that the Neckband-style wearable device has been fully charged.
- Compare the software version of the Neckband-style wearable device to the software version that is available on the Future Lab Program app to verify that a software update is required..
- Try redownloading the file update file from the app to ensure that there was not an issue with the initial download.
NOTE: If the initial software update failed, the download will restart once the Neckband-style wearable is turned on.
