Check the following if music files cannot be transferred to the Neckband-style wearable device:
- There is not enough space on the built-in memory of the Neckband-style wearable device. Delete unnecessary files to free up space on the built-in memory.
- When transferring content, make sure no other tasks are running on the computer until file transfer is completed. Otherwise, the content may be damaged. Delete unplayable content from the Neckband-style wearable device and transfer the files again. If the content still does not play, factory reset needs to be performed.
