- Nothing happens when I press an icon.
- The sensibility of the touch panel doesn't respond well.
- The touch panel becomes unresponsive when I don't use the Walkman® player for ten seconds.
- The back screen, playback screen, library, option, and setting buttons stop responding.
Make sure that your Walkman player has the latest software update installed. If the version is 1.02 or earlier, you will need to update your device. Downloads are posted on your model support page.
If the touch panel still doesn't respond or the sensitivity of the touch panel responds poorly, make sure that you tap the exact function that you want to activate or engage.
