The Following Steps as a Temporary Workaround Until You Update the Software
- Unplug the HDMI® cable and plug it back in.
NOTE: The image from the Blu-ray Disc® player will reappear on the screen.
Go to the player Screen Settings menu, and change the 4K Upscale Setting from Auto1 to Auto2.
- Using the Blu-ray Disc player remote, press the Home button.
- Select Setup.
- Select Screen Settings.
- Select 4K Upscale Setting.
- Select Auto2.
