Check if there is sound after completing each step:
- Power reset the audio device.
- Disconnect and re-connect the HDMI® cable from the TV to the audio device.
Make sure that the HDMI port is debris or dent free.
Check if the HDMI cable is connected to the ARC HDMI input of the TV and ARC HDMI output of the audio device.
- Power reset the TV.
IMPORTANT: Before you perform a power reset, check if there is an external Hard Disk Drive (HDD) connected to the TV. Make sure that the USB HDD access light isn't flashing before you disconnect the cable.
- Verify the TV has the latest software version:
- If the TV needs an update, perform a software update.
