Volume Bar Doesn't Work When I Watch Videos From IPTV, YouTube, or Netflix

To resolve the issue, use your remote control to power off your TV and then back on.

Note: Perform a factory reset if the TV has the latest software version:

  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Customer Support.
  4. Select Factory Reset.
