White Screen Appears When I Launch the Web Browser

Follow the steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Power off the TV.
  2. Unplug the power cord for one minute.
  3. Plug the power cord back in.
  4. Power on the TV.
  5. Launch the web browser.

If the TV has a Netflix™ app, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to Netflix.
  2. Launch the web browser.

    Note: The white screen appears.

  3. On the supplied TV remote, press the Netflix button.
  4. Exit Netflix.
  5. Launch the web browser again.
