Shooting a solar eclipse with a Mirrorless camera is different than with shooting with a conventional DSLR. This is because the mirrorless cameras receive light directly on the sensor.
The damage of shooting directly into the sun can be as severe as follows:
- Sensor will no longer be able to record images totally
- Getting big black spots on images (Should not confuse this as dirt on the sensor).
- Having a large black spot in the middle of the image/sensor.
