If 4K Netflix® videos are displayed in 2K when using Bluetooth® headphones or audio devices, follow the instructions acccording to your television model.
- For A9F_AF9, Z9F_ZF9, Z9G_ZG9, A9G_AG9, XG95_X95G, XG85_X85G_U8G (55, 65, 75, 85) series: To resolve this issue, please update the system software to the most recent version.

- To watch Netflix videos in 4K, disconnect the Bluetooth audio device or use a wired connection. If a Bluetooth (A2DP) device is connected, 4K Netflix videos will not be displayed in 4K before performing the system software update referenced above.
