Netflix App Doesn't Work After Changing the Speaker Settings of My MASTER Series TV

The Netflix® app may not work when you change the speaker settings from Audio system to TV speakers while watching Netflix videos.

Note: Don't change the settings of the Speakers from the Action Menu during Netflix playback.

If you've changed the speaker settings and the Netflix app doesn't launch, restart your Android TV™ or force stop the app. Follow these steps to force stop the Netflix app:

  1. On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
  2. Select Settings or the Gear icon icon.
  3. Under the TV category, select Apps.
  4. Under the System apps category, select Netflix.
  5. Select Force stop.
  6. Select OK.
