My TV doesn't respond when I open the Crackle app when the Screen Reader feature is on

    Your TV may freeze or stop responding if the Screen Reader feature is enabled when you open the Crackle® app This may also occur if you press the HOME button to exit Crackle. To avoid freezing, press the BACK button several times to exit the app.
