Crackle videos don't play

    Check if you can play videos from the Crackle® app after completing each step:

    1. Make sure your TV has an active internet connection.
    2. Update the Crackle app to the latest version.
    3. Update your TV to the latest software version. Downloads are posted on your model support page.
