Is there a service available if the charging case or one side of the headphones is lost or requires repair?

    You may send the remaining items to an authorized service center for replacement or repair. Replacement and service fees will be provided upon evaluation. Go to Product Repair.

    Note: The warranty doesn't cover the loss of the headphones or the charging case.
