The remote controller and mobile device don't communicate with each other
Follow these instructions and check if the issue is resolved after each step:
- Make sure that the mobile device model and OS version are listed as compatible on the Airpeak website.
- Make sure that the remote controller and mobile device are properly connected with a cable.
- Turn the remote controller off and then back on.
