Follow these steps to troubleshoot this issue:
- If a USB cable is connected to the micro USB port (USB-B) of the remote controller, disconnect the cable.
- Check if the issue is resolved by forcing the remote controller to turn off. To force the remote controller to turn off, press and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds. If the issue still occurs, simultaneously press and hold the C2 (Custom 2) button and the power button for at least 10 seconds.
