The Reader software does not start when the Reader is connected to the computer.
- Connect the Reader to the computer using the supplied USB cable.
- Depending on the operating system on the computer, click Computer or My Computer, then click Installer for Reader.
- In the Installer for Reader window, click the Windows folder.
- In the Windows window, click Sony eBook Library.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to install the eBook Library software.
