Special Notice to SBCYahoo! Customers

There is a known issue with the earlier (prior to 6.0) versions of the SBCYahoo! Internet Service (DSL, Dial-Up, etc.) Software Client, where when the software is installed, the computer desktop icons and Start button may not appear. This issue does not occur with version 6.0 or later.

To prevent this issue from occuring, it is recommended that you contact SBCYahoo! and request version 6.0 or higher of the SBCYahoo! Internet Client Software.

If you are already experiencing this issue, you will need to remove the IPMON32.exe file from your system startup to resolve it.
