Animations are sluggish or not animated at all

You might experience that animations move slowly or are static. One of the reasons that animations are sluggish may be that STAMINA mode has been activated automatically to save battery power.

• Try deactivating STAMINA mode, either manually or by connecting a charger to your device. If this solves the problem, STAMINA mode has most likely caused animations to be sluggish.

Android 7.0

To deactivate STAMINA mode manually

1. Drag down the status bar to open the Notification panel and then tap the notification STAMINA mode activated.
2. Drag the slider beside On to the left.

Android 6.0

To deactivate STAMINA mode manually

1. Drag down the status bar to open the Notification panel and then tap the notification STAMINA mode activated.
2. Tap Never to deactivate STAMINA mode.
