All network status tests fail when performing the wireless network diagnosis on my TV

    Your TV cannot connect to a wireless internet network and, after performing the network status test on the TV, the test results show it failed. This may be caused by issues with the built-in wireles LAN system on the TV. Use the following information to help resolve this issue.

    Network status

    The network status results appear as:

    • Wireless Device: Failed
    • Local Access: Failed
    • Internet Access: Failed

    Troubleshoot the built-in wireless LAN connection

    Troubleshooting steps vary depending on your TV connection to the wireless network.

    1. Make sure the built-in wireless function is enabled according to your TV type:
      • Android TV™ models:
        1. On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
        2. Select Settings.
        3. This step will vary depending on your TV menu options:
          • Select Network & InternetWi-Fi.
          • Select Network Advanced settingsBuilt-in Wi-Fi.
        4. Set to On.
      • Other LCD / LED TV models:
        1. Press the HOME button.
        2. Select Settings.
        3. This step will vary depending on the network setup options available in your TV menu. Follow the steps accordingly.
          • Select System Settings or PreferencesSetupNetworkBuilt-in Wi-FiOn
          • Select NetworkBuilt-in Wi-Fi or Built-in Wireless LANOn
    2. Perform a power reset of your TV.
    3. Perform the network diagnosis again.

    Troubleshoot the UWA-BR100 USB wireless LAN adapter network connection (if applicable)

    1. Disconnect the adapter from your TV.
    2. Perform a power reset on your TV.
    3. Make sure the USB port of your TV is working by connecting another USB storage device.
      • If available, try another USB port on your TV.
      • Your TV may require service if you determine that the USB port doesn't work. Go to Product Repair.
    4. Connect the adapter to your TV.
    5. Perform the network diagnosis again.
