Can't connect my TV to a wireless network

    After performing a network diagnosis, your TV may not connect to the internet and the network diagnosis result may appear as shown below. Troubleshooting steps vary depending on your TV connection to the wireless network.

    • Wireless Device: Failed
    • Local Access: Failed
    • Internet Access: Failed

    Troubleshoot Built-in wireless LAN connection

    1. Enable the built-in wireless function according to your TV type:
      • Android TV™ models:
        1. On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
        2. Select Gear iconSettings.
        3. Select Network.
        4. Select Advanced settings.
        5. Enable Built-in Wi-Fi®.
      • LCD TV models:
        1. Press the HOME button.
        2. Select Settings.
        3. This step will vary depending on the network setup options available in your TV menu. Follow the steps accordingly.
          • Select System Settings or Preferences > Setup > Network > Built-in Wi-Fi > On
          • Select Network > Built-in Wi-Fi or Built-in Wireless LAN > On
    2. Perform a power reset.
    3. Perform the network diagnosis again.

    Troubleshoot the UWA-BR100 USB wireless LAN adapter network connection

    1. Disconnect the adapter from your TV.
    2. Perform a power reset on your TV.
    3. Make sure the USB port of your TV is working by connecting another USB storage device.
      • If available, try another USB port on your TV.
      • Your TV may require service if you determine that the USB port doesn't work. Go to Product Repair.
    4. Connect the adapter to your TV.
    5. Perform the network diagnosis again.

      Note: The UWA-BR100 USB wireless LAN adapter is already discontinued. If you still can't connect to the network, use one of the following options below:
