If the headphones or speakers have previously connected to several other devices, turning on a different device may not always allow a connection. If this is the case, try these tips:
- Try to connect to the headphones or speakers with the Bluetooth setting on the device.
- Reset or initialize the headphones or speakers.
- If you don't want to lose the connection to multiple devices with a reset, you can go to the Bluetooth settings of other paired devices to find the one currently connected to your headphones or speakers. After identifying the device, disconnect its Bluetooth connection. Then, proceed with step 1 to switch between devices without resetting them.
