Reset your soundbar
On your soundbar, press and hold the (power) and the - (volume) buttons for more than five seconds. If model-specific information is required to complete the steps, check your manual.
Note: This procedure may lose the link of the soundbar with the subwoofer. In this case, perform Wireless Connection of the Subwoofer (SECURE LINK). Check your manual for more information.
Does the subwoofer produce sound after you reset the soundbar?
- Yes, the subwoofer produces sound.
- A temporary malfunction may have occurred.
- No, the subwoofer doesn't produce sound.
