Error: 100 appears when the Netflix app starts

    If this error appears when launching the Netflix® app, follow the steps based on your type of TV.

    For Android TV™ models

    1. Make sure the Netflix app is current by checking the Google Play™ Store  for updates.
    2. On the supplied remote, press the HOME button.
    3. Select Settings.
    4. Under TV Settings, select Apps.
    5. Select Running Apps.
    6. Select Netflix.
    7. Select Forced stop.
    8. Select Clear data.
    9. Select Clear cache.
    10. Try opening the Netflix app, if it still shows the error, then go to the next step.
    11. Perform a power reset.
    12. Try opening the Netflix app, if it still shows the error, then go to the next step.
    13. Perform a factory reset .

    For other TVs

    1. Perform a power reset.
    2. Try opening the Netflix app, if it still shows the error, then go to the next step.
    3. Perform a factory reset.
