    This message may appear when you play TV or movie titles in the Netflix® app. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Exit the Netflix app then start it again.
    2. Update the software version of your device.

    If the issue still occurs, follow the steps below according to your device:

    • Android TV™ devices
    • Other TV models and Network Media Players
      1. On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button
      2. Go to Settings.
      3. Select Network.
      4. Select Refresh Internet Content.
      5. Select the Netflix app.
    • Google TV™ devices
      1. Sign out of Netflix.

      2. Force close the app.

      3. Reboot your device.
      4. Reopen the app.
      5. Log in your account.
      6. Play a movie.
    • Blu-ray Disc™ players
      1. Go to Setup.
      2. Select Resetting.
      3. Select Initialize Personal Information.
      4. Go to the Video icon and Select Internet Video.
      5. Select the Netflix app.
      6. Sign in to your account.

    Note:

    • If the issue still occurs, reset the device to factory settings. Check your manual for model-specific information.
    • Performing a reset will erase any customized settings on your device. You'll need to set up your device again after the reset.
