A video doesn't play after I update the app list

    To resolve this issue, follow the instructions according to your device type.

    • For Blu-ray Disc™ players and Blu-ray Disc Home Theater systems:
    1. Reset your device to factory settings.
    2. Connect your device to the internet.
    3. Update your device's app list.
      • For devices manufactured on or after 2014
        1. On the supplied remote control, press the OPTIONS button.
        2. Select Update List.
      • For devices manufactured on or before 2013
        1. On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
        2. On the HOME menu, select All Apps.
        3. Under the All Apps menu, select Others.
        4. Under the Others category, select Activate Enhanced Features.

        Note: The device will refresh the internet content. Play a video after the TV loads all internet content services.

    • For TVs:
    1. Reset the TV to factory default settings.
    2. Perform the Refresh Internet Video Content again.
