An unstable internet connection can cause this issue. Power off your Hulu device, modem, and router for 60 seconds and then power them back on.
- For a smooth playback experience, use a broadband internet connection.
- High Definition (HD) videos require at least 3 Mbps download speed and Standard Definition (SD) videos require at least 1.5 Mbps.
