    Solution

This issue occurs after your TV is updated to the Android™ 6.0 (Marshmallow) version. This will only affect 2015 Android TV™ models that ends in C, example is the XBR-43X830C. If you experience this issue, follow the steps below:

IMPORTANT: Make sure there's no device connected to the Audio Out/Headphone jack of the TV. With the latest software version, Netflix® audio will be limited to two channels on the optical out or HDMI ARC of the audio system.

    1. Connect the audio system to the TV and power on both devices.
    2. Configure the audio system to receive 5.1 audio signal.

IMPORTANT: Not all Netflix movies have 5.1 audio. Netflix will only display a movie that has 5.1 audio if the audio system is configured to process 5.1 audio.

    3. Make sure the TV is set to Audio system.

    4. Perform a factory reset .

Note: 5.1 audio should appear on the Netflix titles after following the steps above.
