This issue occurs after your TV is updated to the Android™ 6.0 (Marshmallow) version. This will only affect 2015 Android TV™ models that ends in C, example is the XBR-43X830C. If you experience this issue, follow the steps below:
- Connect the audio system to the TV and power on both devices.
- Configure the audio system to receive 5.1 audio signal.
IMPORTANT: Not all Netflix movies have 5.1 audio. Netflix will only display a movie that has 5.1 audio if the audio system is configured to process 5.1 audio.
- Perform a factory reset .
