IMPORTANT: This article only applies to LCD TVs other than Android TV™ models.
These errors may occur when accessing or updating the internet video apps or when refreshing internet content on your LCD TV.
Error codes:
Select the error code you're receiving for information and troubleshooting:
Error 3128 is displayed
Error 1002 is displayed
Error 1106 is displayed
Error 1107, 2123, 3218, or 7003 is displayed
Error 2200 is displayed
Error 4012 is displayed
This error can occur when an internal part of the TV fails. The TV may require repair.  Go to Product Repair. 
Error 5010 is displayed
This error can occur when an application can't connect to the network. Follow these steps to help resolve the issue:
- On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
- Select Help.
- Select Customer Support.
- Select Internet Connectivity Symptoms.
- If the error continues. try resetting the TV to original factory settings.
Note: You may need to run the Refresh Internet Content again.
Error 7007 is displayed
This error can occur when the internet connection is lost or the connection speed is slow while performing a network update. If you're having issues performing the network update, try updating the TV software by downloading and saving the software package in a USB flash drive and then installing it on your TV.
Error 7016 is displayed
This error can occur if the TV encounters an ISP (internet service provider) error while performing a network update. If you're having issues performing the network update, try updating the TV software by downloading and saving the software package in a USB flash drive and then installing it on your TV.
Error 1 to 30, 50, 200, or 300 is displayed
This is a temporary communication problem with the server. Wait a while and then retry your internet content access again.
