VAIO Care will not update.

Uninstall the current version of VAIO Care™ software and VAIO Care Update.
Once the current version of VAIO Care and VAIO Care Update have been uninstalled, download and install all available updates for VAIO Care.
Downloads are posted on your model support page.
Follow the steps below if you are unable to complete the update installation process:
- Open the Task Manager of your computer.
- Go to the PROCESSES tab.
- End the VCWEBSERVER.EXE process.
NOTE: The VAIO Care Update installation will resume once the VCWEBSERVER.EXE process has ended.
