How to setup and use the Map application.

The Maps application is a Microsoft application that allows you to quickly find the places that you are looking for, to find out about area traffic, or to get directions. Follow these steps to use the Maps application.

1. Point to (but do not click) the lower-right corner of the screen and click to select the Search charm.

   NOTE: The Win + F key combination will also take you to the Search screen.

2. In the Search screen, click the Apps category, and then click the Maps icon.
3. In the Can Maps use your location prompt, click Allow.

   NOTE: The Maps application will open and display your current location.

4. In the Maps screen, right-click to see the available Maps options:
   • Show Traffic
   • Map style
   • My Location
   • Direction
