How to make sure Pop-up Blocker is enabled.
- Launch Internet Explorer.
- Go to Tools

- Place your cursor on Pop-up Blocker.
- If Turn on Pop-up Blocker is displayed, then it means that the Pop-up Blocker is turned off. Select Turn on Pop-up Blocker.

- Input the appropriate information about the website you are reporting, and then click Submit.

- Launch Internet Explorer.
