If you are experiencing difficulty with the Sony® Multi-Function clock radio locking up or if the display remains stuck on a specific time, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Unplug the clock radio from the AC power outlet.
- Wait approximately one minute.
- Plug the clock radio back into the AC power outlet.
Also, verify that the latest software version is installed on your clock radio by doing the following:
- Press the Home button.
- Select General Settings.
- Select Unit Information.
- Verify the software version installed is 1.10 or higher.
If your software is lower than version 1.10, download the latest upgrade version.
