The Digital Paper System is freezing or is not responding.
Try the following when the Digital Paper System freezes or is not responding:
- Turn off and on the Digital Paper System.
- If the Digital Paper System is still not responding, turn it off and remove the SD card and turn it back on.
NOTE: If Digital Paper System responds, try using a different SD card.
- If the issue is still not resolved, reset the Digital Paper System .
