The My aibo icon doesn't appear or Play is the only function available

These situations will occur if you're not signed in to the My aibo app or the account that you're signed into is different from the one set for your aibo™ robotic companion. Follow the instructions below according to your situation.

  • If Play is the only function available on the My aibo app of your mobile device, login on your My aibo app again.

    Play function

    1. On the My aibo app's home screen, select Menu >Sign out.
    2. Sign in the account set for your aibo.
  • If the My aibo icon doesn't appear on the home screen, select Sign in or Menu > Sign in.
