These situations will occur if you're not signed in to the My aibo app or the account that you're signed into is different from the one set for your aibo™ robotic companion. Follow the instructions below according to your situation.
- If Play is the only function available on the My aibo app of your mobile device, login on your My aibo app again.
- On the My aibo app's home screen, select Menu >Sign out.
- Sign in the account set for your aibo.
- If the My aibo icon doesn't appear on the home screen, select Sign in or Menu > Sign in.
