My speaker doesn't connect to a previously paired device

The procedure to pair the speaker again differs depending on the state of the speaker. Follow the instructions accordingly. If model-specific information is needed to complete any step, check your product manual.
Speaker information is saved on the source device
If the speaker device information is registered to your Bluetooth® source device, delete the information, and then perform the pairing procedure again.
- Delete the speaker information from your Bluetooth device.
- Connect the speaker to a Wi-Fi® network.
- Press and hold the PAIRING /
button to set it to Bluetooth pairing mode.
- The speaker goes out of Bluetooth pairing mode after three minutes and the Bluetooth LED turns off.
- Perform the pairing operations on the Bluetooth source device to detect the speaker.
- Walkman® players
- Walkman players (NWZA Series, NWZE Series, NWZS Series, NWZX Series)
- Android™ mobile devices
- iPhone® and iPad® mobile devices
- Comptuers running Microsoft® Windows® 8.1 or 10 operating systems
- Computers running Microsoft® Windows® 7 operating system
- Computers running Mac® OS® operating systems
Speaker was initialized
If the speaker was already initialized, perform the setup and connect it to the network, then perform the pairing procedure again.
- Setup the speaker.
- LF-S50G: Follow the steps on how to set up the LF-S50G.
- SRS-XB501G: Check your device manual for model-specific information.
- Press and hold the PAIRING /
button to set it to Bluetooth pairing mode.
- The speaker goes out of Bluetooth pairing mode after three minutes and the Bluetooth LED turns off.
- Follow the instructions on the Bluetooth device to establish a Bluetooth connection with the speaker.
