Can't Play Spotify App with the MUSIC SERVICE Button on My Audio Device Remote

Before You Start
You need a Spotify® Premium account to use the MUSIC SERVICE button on your audio device's remote control.
Link Your Spotify Account to Your Audio Device
- Connect the mobile device and the audio system to the same Wi-Fi® network.
- Install the Spotify app to your mobile device.
- Start the Spotify app and log in to the Spotify Premium account.
- Select and start playing music on the Spotify app.
- Select the Connect icon on the Spotify app and select the system as the audio output device.
