I don't hear sound from the Soundbar or AV Receiver when I connect the TV to the Soundbar or AV Receiver with an HDMI and Bluetooth connection
This issue will occur if you use both HDMI® and Bluetooth® to connect the Soundbar or AV Receiver to the TV. If this happens, disconnect the Bluetooth connection and use only HDMI connection.
Note: If you want to switch back to the Bluetooth connection, disconnect the HDMI cable, then press the INPUT button on the Soundbar or AV Receiver.
