How do I pair the voice command remote control to my TV?
If you experience issues when using a wireless remote control, or when using the Mic button/voice command function on your voice command remote control, follow these steps to unpair and then pair the remote control:
- If you replace your voice command remote control, the new remote must be paired again in order to have voice search functionality.
- After updating the software of your TV, the remote may need to be paired again in order to have voice search functionality.
- Pairing can fail if the battery level is too low. If this is the case, replace the batteries with new ones before pairing them.
