(Wireless) Connection diagnosis results are displayed as not accessible (or Failed), Failed, Failed

    After performing a network diagnosis, the result may appear as:

    1. Physical Connection: Not Accessible (Failed)
    2. Local Access: Failed
    3. Internet Access: Failed

    Activate the built-in wireless function

    1. Press the HOME button.
    2. Under Settings, select System Settings.
    3. Under Set-up, select Network.
    4. Select Built-in Wi-Fi.
    5. Select On.
    6. Test the connection again.
