Subtitles for video content stored on my USB device aren't displayed in the Media Player subtitle list
If some of the subtitles contained in the USB device connected to your TV don't show in Media Player, check the following:
- Make sure the subtitle files on your USB device are in the same folder as the video content.
- If the subtitle's suffix (*.ssa/ *.ass/ *.srt ) has any uppercase characters, change them to lowercase.
