Can't Access Videos, Music, or Pictures from Apps on My TV

    If you can't access network services (such as the Google Play™ Store, Movies & TV, or the YouTube™ app) on your BRAVIA™ TV, make sure it has an active internet connection and confirm that the date and time are set.

    1. Check the network status. The steps may vary depending on the version of the operating system (OS).

      Android™ 8.0 Oreo™ OS

      Android 7.0 Nougat OS or earlier

    2. Set the Date & time correctly.

    Note: If the Date & time settings are not correct, the following functions may not work properly.

    • Search/Voice Search
    • Voice Actions
    • Backdrop (screen saver with scenic pictures)
