Error: 1107, 2123, 3218, 5010 or 7003 appears during the network setup or when accessing internet content on the TV

    These errors may appear on your TV due to reduced internet speed or unstable network connection, a device that disconnects from the network, or temporary interruptions from your internet service provider (especially when using wireless LAN).

    Follow these instructions to resolve the issue. Check your manual if model-specific information is needed to complete any step.

    Check the connection after each step to see if the issue is resolved.

    1. Check that the TV is properly connected to the internet.
      • For Android TV™ models:
        1. On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
        2. The next steps may vary depending on your TV menu options:

          • Select HelpInternet Connectivity Symptoms.
      • Other LCD/LED TV models:
        1. On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
        2. Select Settings.
        3. The next steps may vary depending on your TV menu options:
          • Select Network or Network SetupNetwork SetupNetwork Status or View Network settings and statusCheck Connection.
          • Select System SettingsSet-upNetworkNetwork Setup or Network Set-upView Network settings and statusCheck Connection.

            Note: If there are any Failed diagnosis results, the TV isn't connected to the internet. Refer to the Perform network diagnosis to troubleshoot internet connection article.

    2. Power cycle the TV and the router.
      1. Turn off your TV.
      2. Unplug the TV, router, and modem for about two minutes.
      3. Plug the TV, router, and modem back in.
      4. Turn on your TV, and wait about five minutes before testing.
      5. For TVs manufactured in 2014 and before, run Refresh Internet Content (Does not apply to Android TVs).
    3. Test the speed of your internet connection to make sure it meets the requirements of your network and streaming service.
    4. Make sure your TV has the latest software update installed.
      • If it doesn't, update the software to the latest version.
    5. Perform a factory reset according to your TV type.
