Does my TV support Apple AirPlay 2 and HomeKit?

With Airplay 2, you can wirelessly stream movies, music, games, and photos directly from your iPhone, iPhone, or Mac to your TV. Homekit
lets you control your TV using Siri® or the Apple Home app, making it easy to adjust settings, turn your TV ON or OFF, or even include it in automated smart home routines.
Support for these features depends on your TV model and type. Some models have built-in support, while others require a software update. Refer to the your TV type to deterimine whether or not your TV supports Apple AirPlay 2 and HomeKit.
Google TV models
All Google TV models support Apple AirPlay2 and HomeKit.
Android TV models
Support for Apple® AirPlay® 2 and Apple HomeKit™ are available through a built-in app on these models:

- XBR 900H series
- XBR 950H series
- XBR A8H series
- XBR A9S series
- XBR Z8H series
A software update is required to add support for AirPlay 2 and HomeKit for these TV model series. If you enabled the Automatically check for update feature, your TV likely has these features. If you're not sure, refer to the How to perform a software update on your TV article for details.
