Before you start
- It's recommended that you visit the Netflix® Help Center for information on the Netflix streaming service and it's requirements.
- Your device must have an active internet connection that meets the Netflix internet connection speed recommendations.
Accessing Netflix on your device
Some of the Netflix ready devices include a NETFLIX button on the supplied remote that can be used to launch the app. If the remote for your Netflix ready device doesn't include a NETFLIX button, the app can be accessed by pressing the HOME button, and then navigating to the Netflix app. Navigating to the app varies, depending on the device. After pressing the HOME button, check for one these categories, Apps, My Apps, All Apps, or Applications, to help locate the app on your device.
Sign in to your Netflix account
The first time you launch the Netflix app, you must sign in to your account. Your sign in credentials are retained for accessing the app in the future. If you don't have an account, you will have to sign up for an account with Netflix and select the level of membership you desire.
